Membership Application

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lorain County welcomes all kids, ages 6 to 18, to become members. Please click on the link below for our Membership Application. Completed application should be returned to the club site you want your child to attend.

Membership Fees

School Year: The cost of becoming a member varies by location; however, no child will be turned away for an inability to pay. We work with our members to find ways to offset the cost of membership, when necessary. Check our list of Club Locations and call the site you wish to attend for more details.

Summer: The cost of Summer Membership is $200 for the summer. It includes breakfast, lunch, 2 snacks, mini-camps, recreation, outside speakers and organizations, and educational activities.
